Bringing Baby Home May 7th -June 4th 2024, 5-6:30 pm EDT

This workshop teaches new parents and caregivers about how to maintain their relationship after their new child arrives.  Through lecture, exercises and videos, couples will learn about relationships, conflict management, parenting and will also explore their own beliefs and expectations about parenthood.

This workshop will run for 5 consecutive Tuesdays for 1.5 hours each session.

Dates for the workshops are 5/7, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4

In between sessions you will have videos and exercises to do together. This saves us some Zoom time (Who wants to be on Zoom to watch a video?) and allows you to engage with each other as a couple without onlookers.  

The materials for this course are digital download.  Please purchase your materials directly from The Gottman Institute (see link below).  You will receive a digital workbook and 6 digital parenting card decks.  Card decks can also be downloaded for both Apple and Android devices.
